Job Description

  • Lead and manage a team of developers working on Guidewire solutions.
  • Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to optimize system performance and reliability.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate Guidewire with other systems and platforms.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, addressing any risks or issues proactively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to recommend improvements to existing systems.
