10 Questions About Your Working Life to Help you Reflect

Have you ever wondered how many people are truly satisfied with their job? According to a Gallup poll and other recent surveys, only around 30% of workers in North America are engaged or satisfied with their current position.

Despite these numbers, it is possible for everyone to discover their individual strengths, tap into their passions – and get paid for them.

So, are you happy with your current work situation? Do you feel trapped by your own success? Or, do you want an exit but don’t quite know where to start

Here are ten questions that are useful to reflect on your current situation. Use them to help you step back from your job and think about the bigger picture of your working life –  where you are and where you want to be.
