The Director of Construction is responsible for providing senior leadership and operational oversight across all phases of residential construction projects, from pre-construction through to closeout and warranty. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

The Director of Real Estate is a highly autonomous, individual contributor role responsible for shaping and executing our clients Canadian real estate growth strategy.
