As a Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the construction of new build mid-rise projects.

The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, coordinating, budgeting, projects from early development to completion and close out. The Project Manager will review construction documents, develop accurate estimates, provide costing, coordinate tendering packages, analyzes bids, develop and awards contracts, as well as manage the trades, inspections and health and safety on the job.
