Site Superintendent- ICI

• Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure construction projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment for all team members.
• Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to guide construction activities.
• Monitor project budgets and manage resources effectively to minimize costs.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders and address any issues that arise during construction.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports for internal and external purposes.
