Job Description

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Effectively and seamlessly manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project performance and implement changes to stay on track with goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all sites.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and clients.
  • Manage procurement and contracts to secure resources and services efficiently.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to ensure team cohesion and project success.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • A solid background in construction management.
  • Experience with ground up / renovations for institutional and commercial projects, and industrial restoration projects.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • A commitment to safety and quality standards in all projects.
