Project Manager - ICI - OttawaRole Responsibilities:

• Manage budgets and cost forecasting
• Collaborate with customers, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and trades-persons
• Manage and schedule labour and subcontractors and provide guidance and supervision as needed
• Plan and prepare construction schedules and monitor progress
• Maintain Health and Safety standards and ensure safety policies are strictly adhered to
• Purchase supplies, tools and materials
• Document control
• Change Management
• Prepare progress reports and billings
• Build and maintain client and supplier relationships
• Prepare project close out documents
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and on time
