They will possess strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile Scrum delivery, enterprise DevOps practices, and both functional and non-functional testing methodologies. Experience leading automation programs, managing budgets, vendor relationships, and technology roadmaps will be highly valuable. The ideal candidate will have proven people leadership experience within the insurance industry and a track record of coaching teams to achieve strong delivery outcomes.
