The Director of Real Estate is a highly autonomous, individual contributor role responsible for shaping and executing our clients Canadian real estate growth strategy. This role will lead all aspects of new site acquisition, market intelligence, and strategic portfolio planning, playing a critical role in the company's continued expansion.

The Director of Real Estate is a high-impact, individual contributor role responsible for leading our clients national real estate growth strategy, including site acquisition, market analysis, and portfolio optimization. This role partners closely with senior leadership to identify expansion opportunities, secure new locations, and drive long-term growth across key Canadian markets. Le candidat idéal

A successful Director of Real Estate should have:

  • Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
  • 8-10+ years of experience in commercial real estate, leasing, or site acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of the Canadian retail or restaurant real estate market
  • Proven experience in deal negotiation and site selection
  • Established network within the real estate community (e.g., brokers, landlords, developers)
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling and market research
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to self-manage, operate autonomously, and influence across leadership levels
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently (GTA and across Canada)
  • A professional with excellent interpersonal skills who can manage diverse stakeholder relationships
  • A highly autonomous and adaptable individual who thrives in a dynamic environment
