Construction Project Manager - WWTP

• Lead and manage the full-cycle delivery of WWTP construction projects in Waterloo.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Coordinate and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Oversee resource allocation and manage project budgets effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met.
• Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to management.
