This executive will drive operational excellence, scalability, and performance discipline across the organization.Key ResponsabilitiesOperational Leadership:Lead execution across all real estate activities within the platformAlign cross-functional teams and eliminate silos between development, construction, and operationsFoster a culture of accountability, ownership, and execution rigorPlateform and SystemsAssess and enhance existing processes, tools, and operating frameworksImplement standardized project management, budgeting, and reporting practicesDevelop real-time dashboards and KPIs to support informed decision-makingFinancial PerformanceHold full P&L accountability across development and construction activitiesDrive performance across timelines, cost control, and NOI optimizationEnsure disciplined execution and operational efficiencyLeadership and OrganizationLead and develop a senior leadership team, including Vice Presidents across:DevelopmentConstruction & deliveryResidential operationsAsset management & revenue (evolving scope)Marketing & lease-upTechnology, data & transformationClarify organizational structure, roles, and decision rightsAct as a key partner to the CEO in translating strategic vision into executionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation.
