Our client, a leading GC/CM, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their Burlington-based team. This is a key leadership opportunity to take ownership of light industrial and related ICI projects, driving delivery excellence from pre-construction through to turnover.

This senior leadership role will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of major cold storage and climate-controlled facilities, working directly with clients, consultants, and internal teams to drive excellence in execution.

This is not your standard coordinator position. You'll be wearing multiple hats-managing document control, acting as the Project Director's right hand (EA-style support), and ensuring the smooth flow of project operations from the Burlington head office, with regular site visits in Brantford.

Our client is seeking a proven Construction Director to lead its Canadian construction division, based out of Burlington, Ontario. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the President of the Americas, with a mandate to oversee and grow the business in a complex GC/CM environment.

As Superintendent, you will play a key role in delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. You'll be the on-site leader-coordinating trades, supervising site staff, and working closely with project managers and clients to ensure smooth execution from start to finish.

You'll be the go-to expert for enterprise IT infrastructure - from VMware, Azure, and Windows Server to enterprise backup, disaster recovery, and secure global networks. You'll troubleshoot complex issues, lead infrastructure projects, and help keep mission-critical systems online and optimized.
