We're looking for an experienced leader with a strong technical foundation, a collaborative mindset, and a deep understanding of complex infrastructure builds. You'll be responsible for driving performance, maintaining standards, and supporting the growth and development of high-performing teams.

As the Site Superintendent, you will oversee all on-site construction activities, managing subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure project objectives are achieved. You will also coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to maintain project specifications and schedules, promptly addressing any issues or delays.

As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for large-scale ICI construction projects. You'll work closely with senior leadership, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure the successful execution of bids and tenders.
