More adaptive than ever before.

 

The world of temporary employment and interim management has changed. The workforce is more adaptive: professionals need to work more autonomously, perform more complex tasks and be increasingly flexible. That´s the new deal.

Also the DNA of temporary professionals has changed.  Traditionally they tended to be drop-outs, whose roles were more junior and monotonous. But in the new world of temporary employment, the roles are more diverse and the professionals better qualified than ever before.
