Based in Abidjan and reporting to the B2C Head of West and Central Africa, you are in charge of the distribution networks, Channel Partners and direct end-users of your market. You are tasked with identifying and maintaining long-term partnerships with major clients.
You will leverage your proven technology leadership and executive stakeholder management experience to oversee the ongoing development and optimisation of technology systems across the multi-channel retail business.
You will be identifying potential IT vendors and conducting evaluations to select the best one for our client's needs. This includes negotiating contracts with vendors and service providers, ensuring that they meet needs and that all terms and conditions are clearly defined.
The successful individual will be responsible for helping build a comprehensive consulting proposition in market, developing the team and leveraging the company's collective expertise and resources across all divisions in order to fully exploit an "information advantage", ultimately improving the quality and clarity of client decisions.
