This role involves managing commercial and institutional construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. The ideal candidate brings 7-10 years of project management experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate teams, clients, and stakeholders effectively.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with bid preparation, subcontractor negotiations, and cost control.
