Il a pour mission principal la supervision des opérations comptables et financières, la production des rapports financiers et réglementaires, la planification budgétaire et les prévisions financières.

As a Preconstruction Manager, you will work closely with the VP of Development and Construction, ensuring seamless coordination between project planning and execution. Your role will focus on constructability analysis, site logistics, estimating, and budgeting. You will also manage project documentation and foster effective communication with stakeholders, including City Planners and consultants.
