Description de poste

  • Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, escalating when required
  • Prioritize and manage support tickets based on impact and urgency
  • Perform system checks, data validations and quality controls
  • Support system upgrades, patches and configuration changes
  • Use SQL to identify and resolve data issues
  • Contribute to system enhancements, integrations and UAT

Le candidat idéal

  • Hands-on experience supporting and administering Yardi, including ticket management and troubleshooting
  • Experience using SQL to query data, apply filters and perform basic joins
  • Strong working knowledge of Yardi core modules e.g. PayScan, Retail Manager,Forecast Manager etc
  • Ability to use SQL for data analysis and issue resolution
  • Exposure to system integrations and cross-functional workflows
