In this Sr. sales position, you will be working closely with municipalities, consultants/engineering firms, and system designers. This is a techno-commercial sales role focused on specification development, long-cycle infrastructure projects, and positioning the client as the technical authority in the market for complex elevated water storage solutions.

This role uses AI-assisted tools to support initial screening. All assessments and decisions are made by a human reviewer.

Job Description



  • Lead business development initiatives across Western Canada, with a strong focus within municipal markets.


  • Represent the company as a technical authority in elevated water storage systems/ tanks, delivering presentations and technical consultations as needed
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with municipalities, engineering consultants, system designers, and key decision-makers
  • Manage a pipeline of long-cycle infrastructure projects, ensuring consistent follow-up and progress

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical or techno-commercial sales role, ideally within infrastructure, water, or wastewater markets.
  • Experience working with municipalities is highly preferred.
  • Proven success managing long sales cycles and complex, specification-driven projects.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable operating in a highly autonomous regional role.

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $140000 to $150000 CAD, plus bonuses.
