Site Superintendent- WWTP

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities at water and wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) sites in Toronto.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Monitor safety practices and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on-site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and identify potential issues proactively.
• Manage and resolve any on-site challenges to minimize disruptions and maintain project progress.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and updates for stakeholders.
• Ensure all construction activities align with project specifications and client requirements.
• Lead and motivate on-site teams to achieve project goals effectively and efficiently.
