This role is a senior-level IT Business Analyst with Product Owner responsibilities focused on delivering and supporting enterprise supply chain, warehouse, and ERP solutions. You'll work cross-functionally to define requirements, drive project delivery, support system implementation, and optimize operational processes in a complex logistics environment.

Description de poste

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements through stakeholder engagement, workshops, and process mapping
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specs, user stories, and solution documentation
  • Support project delivery by coordinating with cross-functional teams and participating in Agile ceremonies
  • Assist with backlog prioritization and contribute to Product Owner activities where needed
  • Develop and execute test plans, coordinate UAT, and support defect resolution
  • Support system implementations, deployments, and change management initiatives
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot system issues, and analyze operational performance
  • Create training materials, deliver user training, and drive continuous process improvements

Le candidat idéal

  • 12+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or similar enterprise delivery roles
  • Strong background working with both business stakeholders and technical teams in complex environments
  • Deep understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain management processes
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (AS400 / IBM i) and logistics platforms (e.g., Oracle TM, Techsys, ShipIT)
  • Proven ability to analyze processes, identify gaps, and drive solution improvements
  • Solid knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies
  • Experience with ITIL practices (incident, problem, change, and release management)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in cross-functional settings
