Join a growing organization as a Project Manager. This is a full-time opportunity focused on delivering complex institutional, healthcare, educational, housing, and public-sector construction projects. The successful candidate will manage project coordination, stakeholder communication, and execution across major developments ranging from approximately $20M to $100M in value.

Description de poste

  • Plan and manage construction projects, ensuring they meet timelines and budget constraints.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and address potential issues proactively.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including budgets and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage project resources, including labour, materials, and equipment.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize project processes and outcomes.

Le candidat idéal

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in managing full cycle new build institutional construction projects
  • Hold a degree in Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related discipline

  • Strong understanding of project management principles and construction practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
