Their project specialities include - Federal, Institutional (schools and hospitals) as well as light industrial and wood frames mid-rise.Description de posteProject Manager - ICI - OttawaRole Responsibilities:Manage budgets and cost forecastingCollaborate with customers, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and trades-personsManage and schedule labour and subcontractors and provide guidance and supervision as neededPlan and prepare construction schedules and monitor progressMaintain Health and Safety standards and ensure safety policies are strictly adhered toPurchase supplies, tools and materialsDocument controlChange ManagementPrepare progress reports and billingsBuild and maintain client and supplier relationshipsPrepare project close out documentsEnsure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and on time MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation.
