This is a listed, AI driven antibody drug development platform, cross muitlple therapeutic areas. This biopharma company provides operation sites in USA, China and Europe.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set group-wide clinical development strategy across the four TAs (Oncology, Immunology, Obesity/Metabolic, Neuroscience), including prioritization and go/no-go.
  • Provide clinical/medical governance and standards across HM and NewCos; coordinate resources and avoid duplication.
  • Oversee global registration strategy, China (NMPA) + US (FDA) dual filing and multi-regional trials.
  • Support group BD (shift to in-licensing): medical due diligence and value judgment on assets.
  • Partner with RA (regulatory), KOLs and health authorities; represent HBM's medical voice externally.
  • Build and develop clinical/medical leadership and matrix teams across entities.

The Successful Applicant

Key Requirements:

  • PhD, MD, Mutinational Corporate and biotech blended background, brings big-pharma global rigor and biotech agility to the team
  • Strong reputation and stability; China / US / cross-border experience; base both in China and USA
  • Broad, cross-therapeutic area clinical development expertise (Ph1-Ph3, IND/BLA/NDA); comfortable across multiple therapeutic areas, not a single-TA specialist.
  • Experience with complex biologics/large molecules (antibodies, bispecifics/multispecifics, TCE, ADC), aligned with HBM's core modalities.
  • Global registration experience, China + US dual filing, multi-regional / MNC collaboration (e.g., AZ, BMS).
  • Group / multi-product / multi-TA CMO or senior clinical leadership experience (not single-product CMO).
  • Strategic and matrix leadership, ability to steer and align franchises with gravitas; cross-functional (R&D/RA/BD/CMC/Commercial).
