ERP Program Manager (Yardi)

• Lead the implementation and management of Yardi systems to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage system upgrades, integrations, and configurations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for system management.
• Coordinate with vendors for system support and troubleshooting as required.
• Monitor and report on key metrics related to system performance and usage.
