On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Director of Operations in Ontario.As the Director of Operations in the industrial/manufacturing sector, you will lead and oversee operational processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality. This role is based in Ontario and requires strategic planning and effective management skills to drive success.

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.
  • Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams within the engineering and manufacturing department.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve financial objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and implement innovative solutions to stay competitive.
