Director of Operations

• Oversee and optimize day-to-day manufacturing and engineering operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Develop and execute operational and strategic plans aligned with the company's growth objectives.
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, quality standards, and operational performance.
• Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
• Manage budgets, resources, and deliver on P&L responsibilities.
• Partner closely with other business functions to streamline workflows and support scalability.
• Identify opportunities for expansion, innovation, and operational excellence in a growing environment.
