Our client is a leading provider of workforce compliance, risk management, and contractor management SaaS solutions. They are looking to hire Business Development Manager (Account Executive). This role is suited for an experienced sales professional with experience selling SaaS or B2B services into enterprise environments (1000+ employee organizations).

Description de poste

    • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities.
    • Focus on selling solutions such as - workforce compliance, risk management SaaS solutions into relevant decision makers.
    • Focus on selling into multiple manufacturing, energy, utilities, transportation, construction, infrastructure etc.
    • You will be responsible for the full sales cycle (from initial outreach to closing the deal)
    • Execute outbound prospecting strategies, account-based selling, and territory planning
    • Lead structured discovery using methodologies such as MEDDIC/BANT

Le candidat idéal

    • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, compliance, or enterprise software/services.
    • Proven track record of selling to mid-market/ enetrprise clients.
    • Demonstrated success in quota attainment and new business acquisition
    • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.)
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Highly organized with strong CRM discipline (Salesforce or similar)



Ce qui est offert

  • Base Salary Range: CAD 90-100k (OTE Range: CAD 130-160K)
  • Job Location: North York- hybrid position (3 days in office. 2 days remote)
