The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quantity take-offs, cost estimating, procurement, and bid preparation. This role is crucial to the success of our projects, ensuring accurate cost projections and competitive bid submissions.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Estimator with project management experience to join a thriving Construction team in the London region. The successful candidate will have a background in construction and a keen eye for detail, with a heavy background in commercial construction estimation.

As a Preconstruction Manager, you will work closely with the VP of Development and Construction, ensuring seamless coordination between project planning and execution. Your role will focus on constructability analysis, site logistics, estimating, and budgeting. You will also manage project documentation and foster effective communication with stakeholders, including City Planners and consultants.
