En tant que Chef(fe) de projet Instrumentation & Monitoring, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion et la supervision des projets liés à l'instrumentation et au monitoring dans le domaine de la construction. Vous serez responsable de coordonner les différentes étapes des projets afin de garantir leur succès.

This is not your standard coordinator position. You'll be wearing multiple hats-managing document control, acting as the Project Director's right hand (EA-style support), and ensuring the smooth flow of project operations from the Burlington head office, with regular site visits in Brantford.

Reporting to the Vice President of Construction, the Superintendent will be responsible for all site operations. This includes supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring that project plans and schedules are followed, and delivering projects effectively, safely, and within budget.

The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, coordinating, budgeting, projects from early development to completion and close out. The Project Manager will review construction documents, develop accurate estimates, provide costing, coordinate tendering packages, analyzes bids, develop and awards contracts, as well as manage the trades, inspections and health and safety on the job.
