This role will be responsible for managing business demands and addressing support inquiries related to the Workday ERP system. Collaborate closely with the Workday Team Lead, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

As a business systems analyst in our Wealth Management team, you will play a pivotal role in our Digital Applications Department. You will bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions, ensuring our wealth management systems are efficient, effective, and aligned with our strategic goals. Your work will directly impact the success of our wealth management initiatives, driving innovation and excellence.

Reporting into the Corporate Controller, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role within the corporate accounting function, prioritising process improvements, and working closely with various internal stakeholders. This role is hybrid (4 days a week in office).

Reporting to CFO, to coordinate internal Accounting Department, Construction Department and the External Budget Company in order to meet the company objectives of costs, budget and cashflow monitor and control in all projects.

You'll work closely with the ERP project leadership team, Business Process Owners, Business Analysts, MDM team, and IT Management to uphold data integrity and quality standards.

This role is responsible for regulatory/financial reporting with a high level of accuracy making sure that information complies with Rules and Regulations set up by the organization, International Accounting Standards, government entities, and Industry Regulators.

The Global Data Manager oversees the implementation and maintenance of Master Data Management (MDM) and data quality processes, ensuring accurate, high-quality data across the organization. This role collaborates with business and department leads to maintain master data, improve data quality, and manage a team of MDM and Data Quality analysts.
