About our Client: 

Our Client develops web and mobile applications that streamline and simplify environmental, safety and quality management. Their software solutions help companies around the world ensure compliance, reduce risk and improve performance. 

Our Client’s Requirement:  

This Software Solutions Business had an urgent need to expand its Software Implementation team in order to accommodate the growing service requests from their clients. The hiring managers were looking for candidates with project management experience and a background in JavaScript.    

Our Solution: 

To deliver within the fast-paced timeline, we assigned a team of recruiters and a dedicated account manager to work on this project.    

From our initial meetings with our Client's Director of Customer Engagement and the hiring managers, apart from technical skills, it was evident that successful candidates had to be excellent team players and have the ability to wear multiple hats.  

We commenced our search by connecting with relevant profiles using our networks, LinkedIn and other job boards. In order to build our shortlist, each candidate was vetted thrice by our team, ensuring only the highest calibre of talent was presented to our Client.  

During the entire recruitment process, we updated the hiring managers regularly via a dedicated Teams chat communicating our progress in alignment to their expected timelines.   

We submitted a shortlist of 54 candidates for 9 roles within 2 months and all placements were completed within 3 months of receiving the initial job brief.
