Our Client is a not-for-profit and one of Canada's most trusted brands, offering several products and services in Automotive, Insurance and Travel. The company is a strong advocate for issues such as road safety infrastructure and consumer rights. 

The Director of Development wanted to hire for several Business Systems Analyst positions within the Business Operations team – these would be critical hires who would understand the end user and speak the language of a software developer. Essentially, they would help with the technological integration of business IT and software. 

After three months of little success from the applications received through the Company's Careers portal, Michael Page Technology was referred to the hiring manager.
