The Chief Estimator - ICI will lead the estimating team in preparing accurate and competitive bids for industrial, commercial, and institutional construction projects. This role requires expertise in cost estimation, project evaluation, and team management within the construction industry.

Lead the preparation of detailed estimates for large-scale ICI construction projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

As Superintendent, you will play a key role in delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. You'll be the on-site leader-coordinating trades, supervising site staff, and working closely with project managers and clients to ensure smooth execution from start to finish.

Reporting to CFO, to coordinate internal Accounting Department, Construction Department and the External Budget Company in order to meet the company objectives of costs, budget and cashflow monitor and control in all projects.

You'll be the go-to expert for enterprise IT infrastructure - from VMware, Azure, and Windows Server to enterprise backup, disaster recovery, and secure global networks. You'll troubleshoot complex issues, lead infrastructure projects, and help keep mission-critical systems online and optimized.

The Chief Estimator will work alongside the Senior Leadership Team. They will oversee the entire estimating process from pre-construction to project execution. This will include preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates, managing tenders, and ensuring seamless coordination between all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a collaborative environment.
