Our client is looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in mechanical design for mid- and high-rise residential buildings. Project management expertise, and thorough knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and relevant industry standards are an asset. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and grow within a rapidly expanding company.

As the Site Superintendent, you will oversee all on-site construction activities, managing subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure project objectives are achieved. You will also coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to maintain project specifications and schedules, promptly addressing any issues or delays.
