As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for large-scale ICI construction projects. You'll work closely with senior leadership, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure the successful execution of bids and tenders.

As a Senior Site Superintendent, you will lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to specification. You will oversee subcontractors and trades while collaborating with project managers, architects, and engineers to swiftly resolve any challenges that arise.

As the Site Superintendent, you will oversee all on-site construction activities, managing subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure project objectives are achieved. You will also coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to maintain project specifications and schedules, promptly addressing any issues or delays.

As a Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for ICI projects ranging from $5 million to $50 million. You'll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to develop cost estimates, analyze project specifications, and contribute to the successful execution of projects.

As the Site Superintendent, you will oversee all the on-site activities, up to and including the construction activities, managing the sub contractors. You will also coordinate with Project Managers, Architects, and engineers to maintain project specifications, schedules, and budget.

Our client is looking for individuals who can oversee daily construction activities of wastewater treatment plants, ensure safety, quality control, and compliance with regulations. Supervise workers and subcontractors, manage materials, and maintain project schedules. Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to resolve issues and keep the project on track.
