A major, well known Ottawa based General Contractor, specializing in large scale High-rise construction, is looking for an experienced High-rise Superintendent to manage a major project in Ottawa.

This opportunity is ideally suited for a local candidate with strong experience delivering ICI projects in Northern Ontario. Relocation support is not being offered, so preference will be given to those based in or around Sudbury.

As Superintendent, you will play a key role in delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. You'll be the on-site leader-coordinating trades, supervising site staff, and working closely with project managers and clients to ensure smooth execution from start to finish.

You'll lead site teams, coordinate with trade partners, and act as the key liaison between construction and project management. This role requires regular travel between active sites in the Kitchener-Waterloo and London regions.

As Senior Estimator, you'll lead the preparation of detailed and competitive cost estimates for commercial and institutional projects. You'll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accuracy, alignment with client expectations, and strategic value. This role is designed for growth with a clear path to becoming Chief Estimator in the coming years.
