This opportunity is ideally suited for a local candidate with strong experience delivering ICI projects in Northern Ontario. Relocation support is not being offered, so preference will be given to those based in or around Sudbury.

Le chargé de projets senior est responsable de la gestion de projets résidentiels, plus précisément au sein du département de la construction. Ce poste permanent situé à Saint-Julie vous permettra de contribuer à des projets variés et stimulants tout en travaillant avec une équipe professionnelle.

En tant qu'estimateur(trice) - pré-construction, vous serez responsable d'estimer les coûts et de soutenir les processus de pré-construction pour de gros projets résidentiels.

Sous la supervision du gestionnaire de projet, le/la Coordonnateur(trice) de projets assure le suivi administratif et opérationnel de projets de construction. Il/elle contribue activement à la réussite des projets en veillant au respect des échéanciers, des budgets et des standards de qualité, tout en maintenant des relations solides avec les clients et les sous-traitants.

As Senior Site Superintendent, you'll oversee all aspects of on-site construction execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality. You'll lead site teams, coordinate with trade partners, and act as the key liaison between construction and project management. This role requires regular travel between active sites in the Kitchener-Waterloo and London regions.

As Senior Estimator, you'll lead the preparation of detailed and competitive cost estimates for commercial and institutional projects. You'll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accuracy, alignment with client expectations, and strategic value. This role is designed for growth with a clear path to becoming Chief Estimator in the coming years.
