This individual will oversee day-to-day operations, develop organizational systems and standards, drive accountability and performance, and ensure consistent execution across all business units.The successful candidate will be a strategic operator, change leader, and people developer with a passion for building organizations, improving performance, and creating exceptional client experiences.This role is not focused on human resources administration.
