VP of Operations

• The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for building and leading the operational infrastructure necessary to scale a high-growth property management organization. This individual will oversee day-to-day operations, develop organizational systems and standards, drive accountability and performance, and ensure consistent execution across all business units.
• The successful candidate will be a strategic operator, change leader, and people developer with a passion for building organizations, improving performance, and creating exceptional client experiences.
• This role is not focused on human resources administration. While leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning are important components of the position, the primary focus is operational leadership, business performance, process improvement, and scalability.
• The Vice President of Operations will play a critical role in shaping the future of the company and establishing the operational foundation required to support significant growth over the coming years.
