This role uses AI-assisted tools to support initial screening. All assessments and decisions are made by a human reviewer.

Job Description



  • Partner with customers to understand business needs and design integrated technology solutions.


  • Support pre-sales activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution proposals.


  • Research and implement AI, automation, software, and systems integration solutions.


  • Collaborate with engineering, project delivery, and service teams to ensure successful implementations.


  • Continuously improve technical expertise while helping customers optimize performance and efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Passion for technology with strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills.
  • Basic understanding of networking, cloud, APIs, cybersecurity, or systems integration; relevant certifications are an asset.
  • Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn emerging technologies such as AI and automation.
  • Open to junior through experienced professionals with a strong technical aptitude and ownership mindset.
