Known for its entrepreneurial environment and hands-on leadership team, they are seeking a motivated Site Superintendent who is eager to take ownership, grow professionally, and play a key role in the successful delivery of high-quality residential projects.Description de posteKey responsibilities include:Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors to ensure work aligns with project timelines and specifications.Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly to maintain schedules.Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on the construction site.Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and address any discrepancies.Manage on-site logistics, including materials, equipment, and labour allocation.Collaborate with the project management team to provide updates and resolve challenges effectively.Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and records of site activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation.
