Job Description

  • Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure timely project completion.
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on-site.
  • Review and interpret project blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Monitor project schedules and ensure timelines are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Site Superintendent - Commercial should have:
