With limited IT support, the Specialist is expected to work independently, bringing strong technical execution skills and a pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset.Key Responsibilities1. SharePoint & Teams Integration (Primary Focus)Lead hands-on enhancements to the SharePoint environment, with a focus on usability and structureEmbed SharePoint effectively within the Microsoft Teams environmentImprove content organization, accessibility, and overall user experienceEnsure SharePoint supports the needs of Corporate Communications workflows2. AI & Copilot EnablementSupport adoption and optimization of Microsoft Copilot (approx. 400 licenses)Help shape and improve the flow and effectiveness of AI tools across the teamContribute to the development and integration of an internal AI botPilot and implement practical AI use cases to improve productivity (e.g., content drafting, summaries, automation)Help segment and organize AI and technology solutions for clearer usage and governance3. Microsoft 365 OptimizationAssess and improve how SharePoint, Teams, and related M365 tools are currently usedIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effortEnhance integration across tools to create a more cohesive digital workspaceFocus on practical, tactical improvements rather than theoretical design4. Solution Delivery & ExecutionTranslate business needs into tangible, working solutionsDeliver quick wins while contributing to longer-term improvementsWork independently with minimal reliance on IT supportProvide clear, practical examples of implemented solutions and approaches5.
