Senior Project Manager

Reporting to senior leadership, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading projects from pre-construction through commissioning and close-out.
• Managing project budgets, schedules, forecasting, procurement, and overall financial performance.
• Overseeing multidisciplinary project teams, including coordinators, site staff, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with municipal clients and project stakeholders.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks while ensuring quality, safety, and contractual compliance.
• Providing leadership, mentorship, and direction to project team members.
• Driving collaboration across all project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Maintaining accountability for project profitability, schedule performance, and client satisfaction.
