Known for its collaborative culture and technical expertise, the company delivers major water and wastewater facilities and is recognized for maintaining specialized in-house capabilities that differentiate it from many traditional contractors.Description de posteReporting to senior leadership, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale water and wastewater infrastructure projects.Key responsibilities include:Leading projects from pre-construction through commissioning and close-out.Managing project budgets, schedules, forecasting, procurement, and overall financial performance.Overseeing multidisciplinary project teams, including coordinators, site staff, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.Building and maintaining strong relationships with municipal clients and project stakeholders.Identifying and mitigating project risks while ensuring quality, safety, and contractual compliance.Providing leadership, mentorship, and direction to project team members.Driving collaboration across all project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.Maintaining accountability for project profitability, schedule performance, and client satisfaction.Projects are primarily located throughout the GTA and Peel Region, with site attendance required.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation.
