Job Description

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large scale projects.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project goals are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • Proven expertise in managing multi-tower/mixed use projects.
  • Experience overseeing multiple full-cycle projects.
  • A strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Commitment to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in Toronto
