Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsLead a Portfolio of High‑Impact Projects.Join a Growing Construction Management Firm.About Our ClientOur client is a leading Construction Management firm.Job DescriptionOversee multiple projects to ensure schedules, budgets, and profitability targets are achieved.Ensure compliance with baseline schedules and contractual requirements.Lead the pre-construction process and ensure seamless transition to assigned Project Managers.Resolve escalated issues with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.Lead, mentor, and develop multiple project teams across a portfolio.Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development.Build team effectiveness through regular PM meetings and consistent communication.Support team onboarding and enforce consistent project management processes.Oversee cost reporting, forecasting, and budget management for assigned projects.Collaborate with Accounting and PM teams on monthly billings and cost tracking.Ensure consistent application of cost‑control systems and reporting standards.Ensure adherence to company protocols, documentation standards, quality guidelines, and project procedures.Oversee RFPs and tendering processes.Maintain strong and collaborative relationships with clients, designers, and consultants.Promote consistent practices across all project management teams.
