As a Senior Operational Technology Analyst in the property industry, based in Mississauga, you will play a key role in managing and supporting operational technology systems. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth functioning of technology systems and collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.

This role uses AI-assisted tools to support initial screening. All assessments and decisions are made by a human reviewer.

Job Description

  • Manage and support operational technology systems to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement technology solutions that align with business needs.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize disruptions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of technology-related projects.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners as needed to support technology initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Operational Technology Analyst should have:

  • Strong technical expertise in operational technology systems.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively.

  • A proactive approach to staying informed about emerging technologies.
