Senior Construction Estimator

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for ICI GC/CM ground-up new build projects.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather accurate project data.
• Develop and maintain cost databases and ensure estimates are aligned with industry standards.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering solutions.
• Prepare and present comprehensive bid proposals to stakeholders.
• Monitor and update project budgets to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
• Support the construction team during the project lifecycle with cost-related matters.
