Enregistrer Retour à la recherche Description de poste Sommaire Offres similairesJoin a multi-phase construction project with strong career growth potential.Gain exposure to both site operations and construction health & safety.À propos de notre clientOur client is a growing and well-established design-build construction firm with a strong reputation for delivering complex construction projects across Ontario.Description de posteLead and promote a proactive safety culture across the project site.Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.Ensure compliance with OHSA regulations, company policies, and project-specific safety requirements.Coordinate and facilitate toolbox talks, safety meetings, and worker orientations.Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns and implement corrective actions.Maintain accurate safety records, documentation, and compliance reporting.Monitor subcontractor adherence to site safety standards.Support the Site Superintendent with day-to-day construction activities.Coordinate subcontractor schedules, deliveries, and site logistics.Track project progress and assist with maintaining construction schedules.Maintain site documentation including daily reports, deficiency logs, inspections, and permits.Assist in quality control and ensure work is completed according to project specifications.Liaise with project managers, consultants, trades, and site personnel to ensure effective communication and workflow.Help identify and resolve site issues to maintain productivity and project milestones.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation.
