Quality Assurance Specialist - Bilingual (Mandarin/English)

• Evaluate, optimize, and execute our existing Quality Assurance systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all value-add processing lines, driving continuous improvement initiatives to elevate overall seafood quality and maximize team efficiency.
• Complaints: Handle customer health and safety complaints, and quality related inquires.
• Regulatory & Audits: Act as the primary CFIA liaison and co-leading and passing Tier 1 global retailer factory audits.
• Sample Zone Management: Guarantees flawless product traceability, rigorous sensory standardization, and an audit-ready presentation standard for executive and client showcases.
• R&D Support: Support on the validation and sourcing of ingredients, finalize formulation ratios, and translate subjective culinary creations into strict, scalable data specifications for the production floor.
