The Project Manager will oversee and manage projects within the construction industry, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of ICI construction processes.

Description de poste

  • Plan, execute and manage construction projects to completion while adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to key stakeholders.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules and budgets, to ensure proper record-keeping.
  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to minimize delays and cost overruns.
